Terms and Conditions:

1. Rates are per person per night sharing and include all meals and game drives. Rates exclude beverages
2. Rates are subject to change without prior notice
3. No Tourism Levy charged
4. Single Supplement: 50% supplement on rate.
5. Check In: 14h00 Check out: 11h00
6. Payment Terms: In full 30 days prior to arrival
7. Child Policy:
   Children of all ages are accepted in the Main Lodge with prior arrangement.
   Child rates available on request.
   Children from 13yrs and over are regarded as adults.
8. Triple Suites: 3 adults can be accommodated in a suite on request at the normal pp sharing rate for each adult. Subject to rooms available.
9. Guide/Driver Policy: Due to limited suites guides/drivers are charged the full guest rate, alternative guide accommodation can be arranged close to the reserve. Contact details available on request.
10. Please note there is no cell/mobile reception at the lodges.
11. All reservations must be confirmed in writing.

Cancellation Policy:
Any cancellations must be confirmed in writing
From 7 days and less prior to arrival forfeit the full accommodation cost
From 8 - 14 days forfeit 75% of accommodation cost
From 15 - 21 days forfeit 50% of accommodation cost
From 22 - 30 days forfeit 25% of accommodation cost
